Power Pricing combines your prospect pipeline, pricing calculator, proposal and engagement letter, and client onboarding into a single connected workflow. Built by a UK accountant, for UK accounting firms.
Currently in private beta with a select group of UK firms
Whether you're still sending Word proposals or you've already got pricing software that stops at the signature -- most accounting firms are missing the same things.
Every client feels like a different calculation. No repeatable method. No confidence the number is right. And two identical clients might be quoted completely differently.
No trigger, no system. Fees are sitting at what they were two or three years ago while your costs keep rising -- and nobody wants to have that awkward conversation.
AML in a Word doc. ID verification in a folder somewhere. Client questionnaire via email. Every new client starts a fresh round of manual admin -- and nothing is connected to anything.
Enquiries tracked in your head, a spreadsheet, or nowhere at all. No follow-up system, no pipeline visibility. You know you're losing potential clients but you can't see where.
How it works
Every step from first enquiry to compliant onboarding, joined up in a single tool.
Phase one
Manage your pipeline from first enquiry to signed client on a Kanban board. Know exactly where every lead is, how long they've been there, and what needs to happen next.
Phase two
Build a bespoke quote live in the meeting. Every service scoped, every question answered, engagement letter generated automatically. One link. Client signs digitally.
Phase three
The moment they sign, onboarding begins. Your client receives a structured questionnaire automatically. KYC, AML risk assessment, and ID verification -- all in one place.
What's different
Not a generic proposal tool adapted for accountants. Built from the ground up around value-based pricing methodology.
Complexity questions, revenue band multipliers, alignment fees, catch-up fees. A proper pricing engine built around value-based methodology -- not a flat-rate catalogue.
Every proposal generates a compliant engagement letter automatically, tailored to the services selected. Included as standard -- not a paid add-on.
Risk assessment, ID verification log, PEP declaration and review log -- all in one place. Print a clean record for your institute inspection at any time.
Prospect becomes proposal in one click. Signed proposal triggers the onboarding form. Onboarding responses feed the KYC record. One flow, no re-entry.
See which clients are due a fee review, load their last proposal, adjust what has changed, and send a new one. Full fee history on every client record.
Track every lead from first contact to signed client. Follow-up reminders, proposal history, notes -- everything on one record, no separate CRM needed.
Everything in one place
"The pricing tool is an absolute game changer. I've used it twice now -- both times there wasn't any pushback at all. Having something live in the meeting, pricing in front of the client, is really, really effective."

From the beta
The pricing tool is an absolute game changer for me. I've used it twice now -- both times there wasn't any pushback at all. Having something live in the meeting, pricing in front of the client, is really, really effective.
To be able to price in front of a client has just been a game changer. I'm so chuffed with everything. It's been so worth it -- the most worthwhile time I've carved out in years. Something I've been wanting to do for so long.
Currently in private beta with accounting firms across the UK. Full launch coming soon.
