Power Pricing is a web-based software platform provided by Power Pricing Limited ("Power Pricing", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16352818, registered office Prospect House, 50 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9DT).
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Power Pricing platform, including all features, tools, and content available at powerpricing.app and any associated subdomains ("the Platform").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you ("you", "your", "the Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a firm or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is designed for business use by professional firms. It is not intended for use by individual consumers.
Power Pricing provides accounting and bookkeeping firms with tools for pricing, proposal generation, client engagement letters, prospect management, and client onboarding and compliance workflows. The Platform is provided as software-as-a-service ("SaaS"). We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
To use the Platform you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.
You may invite team members within your firm to access the Platform under your account. You are responsible for ensuring that all users within your account comply with these Terms. Each user must have their own login credentials; sharing credentials between individuals is not permitted.
You must notify us immediately at support@powerpricing.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Details of available plans, pricing, and included features are set out on our pricing page. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee on each billing date.
We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of any billing period.
Where we have made an offer of founding member or early access pricing, that pricing will be locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing at the time of resubscription will apply.
If payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Platform until payment is made.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the professional rules and obligations applicable to your firm, including but not limited to those imposed by ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, CIMA, ICAS, or any other relevant professional body.
The Platform includes default pricing data based on the practices of a single UK accounting firm. This data is provided as an illustrative starting point only. All default pricing data must be calibrated to your firm's own pricing before use with clients. Default pricing does not represent recommended market rates or industry benchmarks.
You are solely responsible for the prices you set and charge to your clients. Power Pricing Limited accepts no responsibility for any pricing decisions made using the Platform.
Power Pricing Limited is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The engagement letter output of the Platform does not constitute legal advice. The templates are provided as starting points only and are your responsibility to review, adapt, and verify before use with clients. We recommend that you have your professional indemnity insurer or legal adviser review your engagement letter wording before first use.
Power Pricing Limited is not a regulated AML supervisor and does not provide regulated AML services. The tools are provided as workflow and record-keeping aids only. You remain solely responsible for your firm's compliance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, and any other applicable AML legislation. The risk scores generated by the Platform are decision-support tools, not regulatory determinations.
The engagement letter templates, AML frameworks, and compliance content within the Platform are designed for UK-regulated firms and UK professional body requirements. If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any content generated by the Platform is adapted to comply with the laws and professional requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
All data you input into the Platform remains your property at all times. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. By using the Platform you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform to you.
Following cancellation or termination of your subscription, we will retain your data for a period of 90 days during which you may request an export. After that period, we reserve the right to delete your data from our systems.
The way we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Platform is owned by or licensed to Power Pricing Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to our intellectual property other than the limited licence to use the Platform.
You retain full ownership of any logos, brand assets, or firm-specific content you upload to the Platform.
We aim to make the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Power Pricing Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify Power Pricing Limited from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any claim by a third party arising from documents or content you generate using the Platform.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including Xero, GoCardless, Companies House, and Zapier. These services are provided by independent companies and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees when due, or if we are required to do so by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and Power Pricing Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.
If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and accept that these Terms are governed by English law and that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
